In reply to peach. Usually it is the lady who dreams of marrying a rich man. But in previous chapter MozhaTa mentioned that YuGong wants to give his hand in marriage to a rich lady. That is why YuGong is complained to DaShen that WeiWei is bulging him.

What Wei Wei means is that if the Great Master were to marry a rich woman, he wouldn’t need to earn so much money to pay for Wei Wei and his wedding.

I made a slight update to the line in hope to explain the joke better. The line references part 28 where MoZhaHim reveals that YuGong’s dream is to “give his hand” to a rich woman whom he can live off of.
