I am confused as well, from start to end it was like that, he torment her for what…like 10 years. He ask her to move on, but he continue to contact her, but angry if she pursue him (this pull and push think really getting on my nerves). Then after he think he is stable after transplant he comes back, enter her life again then stay forever(?). If his cancer acts up again will he push her out of his live again?

I feel bad for her, after he’s almost suicide, she broke inside I think. Keeping her promise for real, and live her life like a zombie.
