“No matter where you go, I will find you in the crowd”…I love this sentence. God, he is so intense and faithful. I love how she (DM) writes in a way that causes you to savor each scene instead of waiting for the Big Reveal/Solution like it often happens when reading other (less well-written?!) thrillers. I’ve always felt one of DM’s strongest points is creating these slightly quirky characters who nevertheless are extremely attractive and makes you genuinely interested in their stories
